In one instance we received over 25,000 Christmas trees from China without undergoing a quality check. Samples sent in advance revealed a potential issue with the artificial snow, causing a disruption during assembly. In response, SYPS initiated a major 24/7 operation, thoroughly cleaning, re-boxing, and labeling all 25,000 trees with appropriate warning signs. The retailer successfully fulfilled their Christmas sales without further disruption.

In a recent batch of 7,000 toy helicopters arriving from Asia, some cogs had come adrift during transit. Our meticulous visual check, facilitated by strategically placed see-through panels in the boxes, identified 430 units requiring rework within the rotor system. With the appropriate tools sourced and a dedicated team of 10 staff, SYPS completed the rework in just 5 hours. While there was a cost involved, the customer gained confidence in selling the fully functional batch of 7,000 helicopters once again.
